I am truly satisfied with help from the service center for Czech and Slovak republic. I was missing one cable plug/cover. And althought they doesn't sell it itself but only in whole kit, they were helpful and found one piece for me. Communication was also great. :)

The first salesperson I worked with was great. I think his name was Cristi. At 2 pm, the floor manager swapped him out and had me work with a new salesperson, Vince. While he he was great too, I found it discombobulating to start all over with a new person after I spent so much time with Cristi initially. I am so glad that I was able to test ride the bike in person because he measured me and it was not the size I thought I needed. I appreciate the hands on experience. I really wanted to test ride the 2 bikes before I bought.

Ease of the ordering. Videos for the assembly of the bike. And it came with tools! A friend has had nothing but outstanding experiences and so that really swayed me to the Canyon line. All of the components on the bike are top notch and so the bike is for all skill levels. A well made bicycle.
